Glimpses of my July 2008 trip to Crested Butte; it was a very late spring - many areas were either inaccessable, or it was still winter. However, the wildflowers elsewhere were fabulous - Mule's Ears and Lupine were particularly stunning across the hillsides. Because spring was so late in coming to the high country, Glacier Lilies abounded.
