Daily Life - Family, School, Neighborhood

Home Visits - we had the opportunity to visit with children and families in their homes.
School Visits - in each location, we played with, taught, and learned from our children. While we shared photography skills with these children, more importantly we connected through laughter, hugs, and open hearts.

Beauty in Bebe's Countenance
A wise grandmother, full of beauty and laughter. Though she cannot see and is so stooped she cannot stand, she loves her grandchild and sees to his education. And - a great sense of humour!
Playtime
A child of one of the neighborhoods we visited, this child is full of life and mischief. I love her unique sense of style!
Shy Smile
One of our students; she lives in the countryside with her extended family which includes grandparents, a parent, several cousins and siblings. Though short of material goods, this is a well loved daughter.
Mount Kilimanjaro
Kili looks over Moshi and is an everyday site. The afternoon that we played in the local schoolyard with the children, this was the view from the soccer fields. Tanzania is spectacularly beautiful!
Beautiful Bebe
Another beautiful grandmother who cares for multi-generational family. She was a gracious host for our group, sharing her humble farm.
